75H Six habits, seventy-five days

Privacy Policy

Effective 19 August 2026

75H collects nothing. There is no account, no server and no analytics. Nothing you enter into this app is transmitted anywhere, because the app has nowhere to transmit it to.

That is the whole policy. The rest is detail, for anyone who wants to check the claim.

What the app stores, and where

Everything stays in the app's own storage on your device.

WhatWhere it lives
Daily logs — water, pages, diet, workouts, timers, the start date of your run, your quick-add amounts and reminder times This app's private storage on your device
Progress photos One image file per day inside this app's container. Nowhere else

Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no backup held by the developer, and no copy to request or erase, because none was ever made.

Progress photos

Photos are the most sensitive thing this app touches, so they are handled the most carefully.

The developer cannot see your photos.

Apple Health

Connecting Apple Health is optional and the app works fully without it.

If you do connect it, the app requests read-only access to your workouts, and uses them for one purpose: ticking off a workout you already logged elsewhere. The app requests no permission to write, and never writes anything to Health. Workout information read from Health is used on your device and is not stored outside this app or sent anywhere.

You can revoke this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health.

Camera and photo library

The camera is used to take your daily progress photo. The photo library is used to pick one when no camera is available, and — only if you ask — to save a photo you already took to your camera roll. The app requests add-only access for that and cannot read your existing library.

The home screen widget

The widget needs a few numbers to draw itself, so the app shares a small summary with it in a shared container on your device: the date your run started, the date its count applies to, how many of the day's six items are done, and whether the run has failed or finished. Your daily logs and your photos are deliberately not shared with the widget. This summary never leaves your device.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally by your device. There are no push notifications, so no server is involved and no device token is registered.

What the app does not do

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. A change that alters what the app collects would also require a new app release, which is visible in the App Store version history.
